45 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
LOST ORDERS
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
RETURN POLICY

+ Package received wrongly against the order.

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. We will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.
Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS POLICY
When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
